Track & Trace

Orders which are outside of the Brisbane Metropolitan area (see Delivery Information for detailed areas) are shipped via Courier companies.

We use two companies with national distribution networks.

  • Couriers Please
  • Fastway Couriers.


Both these companies offer an electronic track and trace system where you can login in to their websites, enter the delivery tracking consignment number and check the status of your order.

When we send orders via these courier companies we will email you with the consignment tracking number and a link to the website.

Simply login in to the website (see the links below) and enter the label or coupon number to track you order.

Freight companies require a signature to confirm receipt of the delivery.  If you are not at home a card will be left with the contact details of the freight company so you can arrange for redelivery.  In some instances the freight company may wish to charge an additional fee for redelivery.
